Willie Nelson Magazine Ad

To say the least, Willie Nelson is an American icon with a very unique voice and personality. While I felt like it was a little cliche, I decided to go with a more rustic, letterpress feel to the ad which was also used for posters for the event.

Many times, I’ll take the photo the client sends me, lay it out with some text and call it done. With this, I wanted to really give it a timeless, illustrative feel to help pay proper tribute to such a legendary musician.
